Are you able to update jew­elry I already own?

Beth Miller spe­cial­izes in updat­ing jew­elry already owned by clients. We work close­ly with our client to cre­ate some­thing fresh and suit­ed to your taste.

Are the pieces in your col­lec­tions in oth­er stores?

The major­ity of acces­sories in our col­lec­tions can­not be found in stores; how­ever, occa­sion­ally, you may see a few pieces in a small, high-end bou­tique. We are care­ful to select as many unique, cut­ting edge pieces as we can.

How do I order vol­ume items for gift bags, cor­po­rate incen­tive pro­grams, and wed­ding par­ties?

How do I view The Beth Miller com­plete col­lec­tion?

Pri­vate appoint­ments and pri­vate shop­ping events held in our show­room or onsite at your home or office are the best ways to view our com­plete col­lec­tions. In a mod­ern tech twist, Beth has imple­ment­ed the use of live online video shop­ping. Dur­ing the­se one-on-one ses­sions, Beth assists her clients from all over the globe in find­ing the per­fect pieces to com­plete their indi­vid­u­al look.

How fre­quently do you add new pieces to the col­lec­tions?

Our col­lec­tions are con­tin­u­ous­ly evolv­ing. Beth Miller reg­u­lar­ly edits and renews the col­lec­tions to stay on the cut­ting edge of fash­ion and to uphold the company’s high stan­dards for fresh, mod­ern and unique prod­ucts.

What do I do if I want to change some­thing about a piece of jew­elry in the col­lec­tion?

Beth Miller believes in cus­tomiz­ing jew­elry to meet each client’s desires. We exchange stones, length­en or short­en neck­lace and bracelet chains, and make oth­er changes as request­ed by our clients.

If an item is sold out, can I reorder it?

In many cas­es, we can try to acquire a sold-out piece; how­ever, some lim­ited edi­tion pieces can­not be remade.

What is your return pol­icy?

If for any rea­son you are not hap­py with your Beth Miller pur­chase and wish to return it, we offer mer­chan­dise cred­it toward future pur­chas­es. Returns can be made with­in sev­en days of pur­chase. Items returned for cred­it must be unused and in their orig­i­nal con­di­tion. Cus­tom and sourced pieces are not eli­gi­ble for return. Please note that all sale items are con­sid­ered Final Sale.

What is your pri­vacy pol­icy?

Beth Miller believes strong­ly in pri­vacy and dis­cre­tion. Any per­son­al infor­ma­tion that you provide is kept strict­ly con­fi­den­tial and will not be shared with any out­side orga­ni­za­tions or indi­vid­u­als.
