Are you able to update jewelry I already own?

Beth Miller specializes in updating jewelry already owned by clients. We work closely with our client to create something fresh and suited to your taste.

Are the pieces in your collections in other stores?

The majority of accessories in our collections cannot be found in stores; however, occasionally, you may see a few pieces in a small, high-end boutique. We are careful to select as many unique, cutting edge pieces as we can.

How do I order volume items for gift bags, corporate incentive programs, and wedding parties?

What is your repair policy?

How do I view The Beth Miller complete collection?

Private appointments and private shopping events held in our showroom or onsite at your home or office are the best ways to view our complete collections. In a modern tech twist, Beth has implemented the use of live online video shopping. During these one-on-one sessions, Beth assists her clients from all over the globe in finding the perfect pieces to complete their individual look.

How frequently do you add new pieces to the collections?

Our collections are continuously evolving. Beth Miller regularly edits and renews the collections to stay on the cutting edge of fashion and to uphold the company’s high standards for fresh, modern and unique products.

What do I do if I want to change something about a piece of jewelry in the collection?

Beth Miller believes in customizing jewelry to meet each client’s desires. We exchange stones, lengthen or shorten necklace and bracelet chains, and make other changes as requested by our clients.

If an item is sold out, can I reorder it?

In many cases, we can try to acquire a sold-out piece; however, some limited edition pieces cannot be remade.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your Beth Miller purchase and wish to return it, we offer merchandise credit toward future purchases. Returns can be made within seven days of purchase. Items returned for credit must be unused and in their original condition. Custom and sourced pieces are not eligible for return. Please note that all sale items are considered Final Sale.

Beth Miller believes strongly in privacy and discretion. Any personal information that you provide is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside organizations or individuals.
